This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Baller ("we," "us," "our," or the "App") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you access or use our soccer training, AI coaching, and player development application. By accessing or using Baller, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use Baller.

1. Eligibility

Baller is intended for users aged 12 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 12. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at Ballerapp1@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

Baller is designed to be privacy-first. The majority of your data — including your profile, training history, match logs, nutrition entries, and uploaded videos — stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

When you use AI-powered features (such as AI coaching, film analysis, food photo scanning, or AI-generated drill recommendations), specific inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. This may include:

Any purpose unrelated to Baller functionality

4. AI-Powered Analysis and Data Processing

Baller uses artificial intelligence technology to provide coaching feedback, film analysis, drill recommendations, nutrition estimates, and other personalization features.

Important Disclosures:

Multiple AI Providers. Baller may use one or more third-party AI providers (such as large language model and vision model providers) to process inputs you choose to submit. These providers process inputs solely to return the requested output and do not retain the data under standard API processing agreements.
No Facial Recognition. We do not perform facial recognition and do not attempt to identify users from uploaded videos or photos.
AI Limitations. AI-generated scores, feedback, film analysis, drill recommendations, and nutrition estimates are for informational and educational purposes only. Results may contain inaccuracies and should not be used as the basis for medical, health, training, or recruitment decisions.
No Human Review. Your inputs are processed automatically by AI systems and are not routinely reviewed by human personnel unless required for technical support you initiate or legal compliance.
No Training on Your Data. Inputs submitted through Baller are not used to train AI models.

5. Photo, Video, and Film Data

We understand the sensitivity of video and image data, especially involving minors. Here is how we handle it:

Camera and Photo Access	Camera and photo library access is used only when you actively choose to capture or upload an image
Deletion	You may delete videos and photos directly from the App at any time

6. Local Storage and Data Security

Because the majority of your data is stored on your device, the primary security of your data depends on your device's security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and operating system protections).

For data transmitted to AI providers for processing, we implement reasonable safeguards, including:

Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
Use of providers with industry-standard security practices
Minimum necessary data principle — only the inputs needed to generate the requested AI output are transmitted

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use Baller at your own risk.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We Do NOT Sell Your Personal Data.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

8. Subscriptions and Payment Data

Baller offers subscription plans through the Apple App Store.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card, debit card, or banking information.
Subscription Data. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) from Apple to enable premium features.
Refunds. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not have access to process refunds directly.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

10. Data Retention

Because most of your data is stored on your device, retention is controlled by you — deleting data in the App or uninstalling the App removes it.

For limited data we do receive (such as Apple subscription status), we retain it only as long as necessary to:

Provide Baller services and features
Comply with legal obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

11. Third-Party Services

Baller integrates with the following third-party services:

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives adequate protection, including the use of providers that maintain industry-standard security and data processing agreements.

13. European Union and United Kingdom Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following additional rights apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR:

Legal Bases for Processing. We process your personal data based on:

Consent — you have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for AI features and optional functionality.
Contract — processing is necessary to provide the App and any subscription you have purchased.
Legitimate Interests — processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, and improving the App, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Legal Obligation — processing is necessary for compliance with applicable law.

Your Additional Rights. In addition to the rights described in Section 9, you have the right to:

Baller is intended for users aged 13 and older. We take special care with users under 18:

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App.
We do not use minors' data for advertising, profiling, or any non-essential purpose.
